I love this product so much that when, when it was given to me as a Christmas present by my uncle, I had to go out and get a second one to replace my other computer. I is great clarity, great sound and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the key board. It is the perfect key board. I also love the sound options. There is always the perfect sound adjustment. On the down side I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE the mouse and the key board cords. Fist off the key board chord is way to short. I can not even make it reach the end of my desk it is a pain in the neck. I also hate the mouse. There is no left click. What up with that????????????????????? I also hate the stupid dashboard. It seems like every time that I click the mouse the dashboard comes up. And the last bad thing that I have to say for now about the mouse is the side click option. On the mouse if you squeeze the side all the windows open on your computer will minimize to one. It is useless and a pain. However, It can be a help some times but more times than not, its a pain. Ok I also hate the fact that it can not play all videos and has to download attachment to your desk top. Its so dumb. I mean no online videos. I can not even watch videos without a download that I have to pay for. Its so dumb. All in all its ten times better than a PC.
