Pros: DVD playback excellent,3d gaming very good
Cons: chipset incompatability,updated drivers,ugh!
The Bottom Line: Only buy it if you have an intel chipset, aren't a hard core gamer, and are willing to download and install 25 Mb of drivers and software without phone support.

| johnfgalt's Full Review: ATI ALL-IN-WONDER RADEON, (32 MB) PCI Video Card |
When installed in a Soyo M/B w/440bx chipset, 2X AGP port and original drivers and software, dvd playback was good, gaming was good, but video capture resulted in out of sync audio. ATI website provided updated drivers and software for this problem, which solved it.Capture quality was less than I expected. I then installed the card in Asus M/B with via chipset hoping to take advantage of the 4X AGP slot for better capture. With updated drivers and software, dvd and game performance equal or better, but video capture resulted in distorted audio for which there is no fix according to ATI due to chipset incompatability.
I bought this card primarily to record and edit video, the DVD and gaming ability as a secondary premise.
I'll have to reinstall in the other M/B to continue tweaking to get better quality captures, and if not, I'll call Matrox.
