Pros: Big screen, wonderful battery life, easy to remove battery, a bunch of useful programs.
Cons: Slow, freezes, confusing, big,
The Bottom Line: For people who don't usually use a phone that often, I'd recommend it. But if you plan on storing a bunch of things or using it quite often, no.

I picked out this phone in red last April from AT&T. I thought it was amazing. It's a beautiful color, and its nicely set up. But unfortunately, the camera didn't work as well as I thought. Colors came out distorted. The phone started to freeze quite often. Deleting the messages can take a MINIMUM of 2-3 minutes (expecting only 200 messages in inbox); which makes it so you can not read incoming texts until messages are fully deleted. Locating the 'sent'/'drafts'/'trash' boxes are quite difficult. The programs on the phone aren't very detailed in the user manual, and are extremely difficult to figure out. Sometimes when I answer the phone, the people on the other end sound very high pitched and 'alien-like' or 'chipmunk-like.' Buttons are OFTEN pushed in your pocket, so the phone usually needs to be locked. Someone calling during a text freezes the phone. Very slow. Doesn't connect to the computer easily at all. Very wide, thick phone. But does have a very nice big screen. Sometimes the picture for the main-screen gets cut off. Not enough choices for the main-screen set up. The entire set-up is rather confusing. I wouldn't recommend this.
