Pros:comfortable, breathes well, has held up after 6 years
Cons:It is hard to sleep on a hotel mattress now...
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this product. The comfort is excellent and the product has held up great after 6 years.
A friend told us that he is looking to buy a new bed for him and his wife. We told him we LOVE our Dormia (aka Abed) mattress. We had purched a California King Sealy mattress, but after 10 mattresses they could not seem to make it to the correct length. Also, the mattress had a "sweet spot" after only six months of use while we waited for the correct mattress length.

We found Dormia at Abed.com and went to their showroom. We were very impressed with the construction of the bed, the use of natural fibres (bamboo fibre, lambswool, and talalay latex foam). We were a little skeptical about buying a mattress from a company we had never heard of (escpecially after our previous mattress mis-adventure), but we bought their top end model. Dormia delivered our mattress and it was right the FIRST time. The mattress is extremely comfortable, it breathes very well and for my wife and I it is the perfect firmness. That was 6 years ago, and we still love our Dormia mattress today and we recommend Dormia to all of our friends! Oh, and the Dormia was about $1,000 less for a much better mattress….
After 6 years, it is still a pleasure to sleep on and after all this time it still does not have any “sweet spot”. Way to go Dormia!!
For the record, I don't have any affiliation with Dormia/Abed and I don't know anyone who works there....
