Pros: Customer service was good.
Cons: False advertising in rwegard to the conrents of the mattresses.

Bought an Ambrosia mattress at the Middletown,NY store about onr yr ago. After 6 months found the topping material came loose and was clumping under the body. Called the store, told they went into bankruptcy and couldn't help!
One yr later, I called the manufacturer in Maryland and was told to take a picture, did and finally they said they would replace it. They replaced it and now the odor is so bad that u can't sleep on it ( after 3 weeks ) I checked the label because the Latex mattresses are not supposed to have this pungent odor!
Found out that the mattress is only 30% latex and 70 % poplyurethane foam. The literature and brochures do not match the label on the mattress.
The Legend mattress is the opposite, 70% latex and 30% polyurethane.
False advertisement, there is no mention of any polyurethane in their mattress or we wouldn't have bought it!
I did 6 months of research before deciding on this mattress however, didn't look at the label.
Now, they r again replacing it because of the pungent odor and have been waiting for 3 weeks for delivery.
Spent $2000 ( 1/2 price sale ) for the Ambrosia - supposed to be "top of the line " Then had to spend another $350 to get a replacement.
Now, for the customer service, I have no complaints in regard to the servvice. They were helpful, courteous and did everything they could to help!
