Oops, wrong flick! I seriously have to consider moving from this bay area to the one of the west coast. Your reviews keep me fascinated with what I cannot enjoy and it is total frustration on this end of the globe. Fair fare or no, I think this would fast become a fairly regular haunt for us as we are such fans of the era you wrote of and of atmosphere, atmosphere and more atmosphere.

The remark about trying to get to the soup through the cheese & the only way to do it was with your fingers... I've often wondered if there isn't someone with a warped sense of humor, standing behind the door with a camera to see how you achieve it! lol (I grew up on Candid Camera)
