Pros: does contract the muscles will give a nice massage

Cons: doesn't do what it says it does.

The Bottom Line: again, drink water and exercise to lose weight.. to finish your abs.. do crunches.. we all hate em but they work.

I did buy one of these systems thinking it could help define up my abs in the final phases of my training program (I don't have a big belly.. wasn't trying to lose weight.. just tone up) and I've used this religiously for about 2 months .. result.. wasted time and money on it.
It's one benefit is that it does give a decent massage on a lower setting.. but not worth the money.
if you want to lose weight.. drink water and walk alot to get you going.. if you are in the same boat as me.. save the money and do the dreaded crunches.
