Looks good on paper, but I have had one successful backup in six months. I just bought a brand new external drive since it wouldn't work with any of my other drives, and it fails on that one as well. It always generates errors relating to the state of the drives it's trying to write to. The support site is pretty useless as well. Lots of outdated information, lots of useless user-generated junk.
