" The Little Tikes Activity Garden" is such a wonderful play center for children aged 6 months - 3 years , and in some instances even slightly older children will enjoy playing in it.
We have had ours for over 2 years now and both my Granddaughters enjoy it. Tayler (2 1/2) has been playing in it since before she could walk....it provided a place she could pull up and move around on her little feet like a big girl. My youngest Granddaughter is 1 and she truly has a fascination with going in and out the door .
The Garden features a little bird house with a blue bird in it that tweets when moved around, next to this we have a garden with a carrot, a radish , and an onion the children can pretend to grow and reap their harvest both! Next to that there is a flower garden with 3 colorful tulips that move and bend but do not come out .Then on the other side there are 3 birds that spin around .But in my opinion the most entertaining feature seems to be the mailbox, which comes with 3 plastic letters, your child can put in the opening mailbox outside the garden and raise the flag for pickup , then retrieve the mail from the inside .
We have brought ours inside and used it out in the yard , but generally it's kept on the deck and makes for fun entertainment during those times you can't play in the yard or just want to keep the kids nearby while you visit or relax on your porch. As always with "Little Tikes" toys the durability and heavy, colorful plastic used in their toys continues to add to their established reputation. .......As always, Thanks for reading...Kat
