Pros: Hard to find, but I guess that it is relatively inexpensive
Cons: Just not a good club
The Bottom Line: Quite possibly one of the worst and most overrated drivers I have ever hit.

| hwz1's Full Review: Adams Titanium Driver Tight Lies GT 363 |
For the past five or 10 years- or however long it has been since Adams popped onto the golf scene- I have resisted the urge to try any of their clubs. I always looked at them and thought, "how could I possibly hit something that is so unattractive"?
I must confess that I have recently given Adams a try and they failed me miserably. In my ongoing attempts to beat Tiger, I tried the Tight Lies GT 363. I will never be the same.
In a previous epinion I mentioned how swinging the Taylor Made Drivers can be like swinging Rosanne. Well, think of swinging the GT 363 as swinging Rosanne after she has been run over by a Mac Truck. Yeah, I know, quite a picture. The club is huge (363 cc's which makes it one of the largest on the market- similar to Rosanne as well) and the lack of height truly makes it seem like you are swinging something like a shoe box. Additionally, the GT 363 is about as aesthetically pleasing as the double wide that just moved next door to your humble abode. I cannot figure out why Adams feels that adding depth to the back of the club and keeping the club head short leads to better golf shots.
But lets face it, the bottom line is whether or not you can actually make the club work for you. I could not. I had trouble getting a good feel in relation to where the club needed to be on the downswing. In other words, when my mind should have been blank, I was too busy worrying whether or not the club was opened or closed. I also struggled with getting the ball teed up correctly. Hmm, that sounded about as silly as having trouble staying on my stationary bike. In all seriousness, I like to tee the ball high and with this club you cannot do so or you will hit it high and short.
The other problem I had was an inability to work the ball in different directions. Actually, I could not do much other than hit this driver right. Now this would be fine if the courses I play frequently had 18 dogleg rights, but they do not. I need to be able to hit the right, left, and somewhat straight in order to play my best.
What did I like about the GT 363? I guess the fact that it was not too expensive. But, why this matters, I have no idea. This is one club and brand that will never find it's way into my bag. By the way, I do not have any experience in swinging Rosanne.
