| Nesty15's Full Review: Adidas Gazelle |
Let me start out by saying that I love the Gazelle. But, if you're planning on doing anything besides wearing these for casual use, you'll want to invest in another kind of shoe. I've owned two pairs of Gazelle's and had two very different results. I owned the first pair for over two years and the only reason I bought new ones was because I outgrew them.
In fact, I still wear them when I work outside and they're in great shape. The second pair has been somewhat a disappointment though. While they have held up fairly well, the material has faded very quickly. I also made the mistake of playing tennis in these when I forgot my regular tennis shoes and I can testify to the previous reviewers warnings, I REPEAT, THESE ARE CASUAL SHOES!
I was surprised at how quickly the soles wore off, but considering that I've owned them for a year I suppose they're in considerably good shape. What can I tell you? As with any product, some are bound to hold up better than others. Despite some drawbacks, I would recommend these to anyone just looking for a stylish and comfortable shoe to wear to school or around town, not strenuous sport activities.
