I reserved a car with Advantage because they were slightly cheaper than all the others. Boy was that a mistake. They would not accept my State-issued temporary drivers license as a valid form of ID (I had just moved to another State and hadn't yet received my new license in the mail) and considered my old license to be invalid. On top of that, the teenager working behind the counter was rude and seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. Just said, "sorry, you'll have to try another rental place". That's exactly what I did - went over to Enterprise or Hertz, paid an extra $10 and couldn't have been happier.
