Pros: Sound quality, convenience features
Cons: Too big to be truly portable - You'll likely only use these at home.
The Bottom Line: Great Buy at $50

I bought these to listen to DVD's without disturbing others in the house. **** Connections: There was no need for a headphone jack on the TV as they came with an adapter to connect the transmitter to the stereo audio jacks on the back of the TV, DVD player or amplifier. I hooked it up to the amp and muted the amp and TV. I could adjust the volume level right on the transmitter and on the headphones so didn't have keep getting up or using the remote for this. Both the transmitter and the headphones have a fine-tuning control which allowed me to adjust the 900mhz frequency to avoid interference from other radio sources. **** Sound Quality: Sound is 9/10 with excellent frequency response. I could hear crystal clear highs and booming lows at moderate volume but these are not a replacement for my subwoofer. **** Range: clear/non-fade range is about 40ft. and up to 110ft. through walls with fade and some static. **** Overall, a great set, I even use them to listen to music while I'm working as they have such good hifi sound. They are large though but maybe that's why the sound is so much better than more expensive competitors.
