Last month I got a pounder that lasted 2 days and normal advil/ibuprofen didn't work. I don't like pesudofphedrine so I don't do this sinus stuff, but finally what fixed my head is what my friend (who gets miagraines) recommended, is taking both Tylenol and aspirin together even though the warning labels caution you against this. Anyway it fixed it, or maybe it was just over anyway. Who knows.

Good job, but.. (Reply to this comment)

If you look at the advil cold and sinus label you will find that it contains ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine, which is a decongestant. Since decongestants usually don't work on migraines, I'm sure the ibuprofen is what fixed your headache and also what you say didn't work. That's the same stuff you can buy in the generic form for a LOT cheaper.
