| cas0496's Full Review: Advil Liqui Gels, 2 Packs, 50 Per Box ACM016902 |
I was suffering from a nasty tooth ache one night and was unable to get to a dentist until the next day. I needed relief and needed it fast!
I went to my local 24 hour drug store and bought two things. Ambasol and Advil Liqui-gels. After finding out that Ambasol only works for about five minutes I decided to give the Liqui-gels a try.
I purchased the Advil because it was the only box that said it would relieve toothache pain and it was fast acting. I was pretty sure that these pills were not going to help me as the pain was just too strong but I was running out of options. I started pacing in the kitchen because sitting still is impossible with a toothache and before I knew it the pain started to subside. I looked at the clock and only 15 minutes had passed!
Within a half an hour the pain was completely gone and I was able to hit the sack and dream about the dentist appointment.
I was really amazed that the Advil Liqui-caps were able to knock out such a severe pain. They certainly made a customer out of me for life!!

Other:
The bottle is fairly easy to open. Just gently squeeze the sides of the cap and unscrew. There is safety seal that can be a little tricky to remove. It would have been nice if they added some sort of flap to the seal to ease removal.
The pill itself is about a half an inch in length and pretty narrow. They are easy to swallow because they are made of gel. They just seem to slide down with ease.
I always seem to find this product on sale and when I do, I get the 40 count for 3.99. Normal price is 5.99. Not a bad price to pay when you know relief is on the way. Hey!! I think I just came up with their new slogan!! LOL
I am very impressed with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone.
