Pros: is comfortable, but hope some better company challenges them with equal product

Cons: leak leaks leaks and horrible customer service (impossible to reach )

Plus terrible customer service having had to try 4 times to get through to them after 10min wait times each . Even ordering a "free" patch kit three times (because no cement at hardware store seemed to work) it never arrived .

On top of all this bad experience & waste of time with this company , to try and get a simple replacement silicone ring-washer which would cost no more than $1 they force you to buy an entire release valve unite for $15 with shipping . This was/is an absolute rip off plain AND SIMPLE . Not to have replacement washer and charge that $15 is blatant thievery .
