Pros: Great concept!
Cons: Disappointing results!
The Bottom Line: I would be very cautious about purchasing another Aero Bed.

Loved the concept of this bed, especially when I have guests. I just wish I had had a better experience.
Maybe I just got a lemon -- but I purchased this bed for use by guests coming to visit at Christmas '02. We used the bed for three nights. All was well. The fourth night (I was sleeping on it this night) I woke up about 2 am realizing that there was a very slow leak. I was starting to feel the floor.
I pumped it up (fearful that the pump would wake others sleeping nearby). But that did not solve the problem. In the morning I realized that the mattress was more balloon-shaped than bed-shaped. (Apparently there was a break inside between the mattress and the pillowtop that caused this problem. And this happened without the mattress getting any abuse!!) It is amazing to me that an air mattress that costs nearly $170 gives me only 3 nights of sleep.
Again, maybe I just got a lemon. I read the other review on this site and the person is rather glowing. But I did not have that experience. I was very disappointed. It could have been such a wonderful extra bed. But now I have lost confidence in Aero!!
