Cons: Noisy zoom motor picked up by mic. Non-existent service.

Purchased camcorder a month ago. Flash unit packed up on the first day. Occasionally the camcorder "freezes" requiring the battery to be removed.

Informed Aiptek USA & Taiwan. No response to emails.
