~PERFECTLY Baked Every Single Time~

Pros:Perfectly Baked Goods EVERY TIME...No Joke!!!

Cons:Can be costly, but buying one at a time, you won't know the difference.

The Bottom Line: The Bottom Line is that you just MUST give this AirBake Baking sheet a try. Once you do... You won't want to use your old ones again!


Years ago, when I was a teenager one of my friends mothers always made the PERFECT pizzas & cookies. What was her secret? "Airbake" was her secret, and now it's my secret as well. I have been doing a lot of baking lately, mostly cookies or dinner rolls, especially since my husband lives on rolls. I received some AirBake pans and baking sheets last summer, and boy are they really coming in handy. It's amazing at how well they work. When using these baking sheets you will find that your "baked goods" come out looking perfectly golden, they are as perfect as they show on TV. I have never been much of a baker; Lord knows how many times I would make those dinner rolls in the can and burn the bottoms. Not anymore!!! You could have mentioned "AirBake" to me at one time, and I would have said, "Yeah right, I don't think it makes that much of a difference" but it actually makes a world of difference.

The AirBake Brand pans are the best for baking I think. Each pan has a patented, air-insulated design for consistent, even baking. The pans basically have 2 layers that help protect baked goods from the high temperatures in the oven. The bottom half does the protecting, (The Security Guard of baking) while the top half makes sure your "goods" are baking consistently. (The Supervisor of baking) =) These pans are great for cookies, croissants, biscuits, and more. The list goes on.

You will have perfectly "baked goods" EVERY SINGLE time. Now I can't say that you wouldn't burn your things if you left it in the oven for HOURS. I'm sure you would, but no one in their right mind does that, do they? I have left my cookies or rolls in the oven longer than recommended because of getting side tracked or something, and I really have not burned them at all. If anything, the most that happened to them, is the fact that they got even MORE golden than they needed to be, but still they remained soft and delicious. Never hardened or black like charcoal. On the basic type of baking sheet, I hate to tell you what condition these things would have been in at this point. (Believe me, I know from past experience) =)

The AirBake baking sheets are non-stick. Yep, that's what I said, NON STICK, but wait, with no special coating on it, how can it be non-stick? I really can't answer that question it must be "AirBakes" secret this time, but the baking sheets are made out of aluminum, and even though they are considered a Non-stick item, you are able to use metal utensils on them. No need to worry about scratching your non-stick surface. In my experience, these baking sheets wash with such ease. Washing them by hand is pretty simple, quick, and easy. Because of nothing sticking, they pretty much just wipe off with warm soapy water. You'll never get that "baked on" anything with the AirBake baking sheets. Are the AirBake baking sheets dishwasher safe? Most would think they are, because most other baking sheets are, but I was shocked to see a notice on the label of the pans when I got them that they are not to be IMMERSED in water. I was misguided at first, I thought because of that notice, that these pans could NOT go in the dishwasher, I have since found out that I was wrong. They are completely dishwasher safe. A dishwasher "throws" water at the dishes inside it, it never submerses your dishes in water. It won't harm your AirBake bakeware, but if they are immersed in water, the weight of the water forces its way in between the two sheets where the air is supposed to be, and that's not good.

If water gets inside the layers, you really shouldn't use the baking sheet until the water is gone. How do you know the water is gone is what I thought?
But they tell you that to remove the water from between the layers, you must place the item in the oven upside down and bake at 250 degrees for about an hour or until no water is present. Strange, but okay, they are the experts, and I'm sure they've tested these things, right?

The AirBake baking sheets carry a 10-year Manufacturer's warranty. What does it cover?
Let's ask them..... Here is what they say.

Our product is warranted against defects in workmanship or materials. If the product becomes defective within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge once it is returned to the company. Please be aware that if an item is out of production, an item of similar value will be substituted. Our warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from misuse, accidents, or alteration of the product. This warranty does not cover discoloration or damage to the nonstick surface caused by misuse, scratches, staining, scorching, sticking, warping, burning, high heat or overheating when frying or browning, and use of eggbeaters or sharp tools.

Now I guess you could say that's a pretty good warranty. Basically if you take care of your bakeware, then you shouldn't have a problem anyway. I'm a crazy person when it comes to that sort of thing; I always want everything to look like new, even if it's 5 years old. My husband tells me that the only way to keep things new is by NOT using them. I beg to differ, but as long as I am the way that I am, I will never have a need for such warranty information, even though it's always good to have, because sometimes you just NEVER KNOW. Right?

AirBake guarantees that you will have "even baking & no burning" I like that guarantee. I don't know what they would do though if someone did burn something; would they replace your cookies, or your pan? ha ha

AirBake hit it big when they designed this bakeware, I can tell you that much. If you are not an owner of any AirBake products, I can promise you that if you start out with just ONE baking sheet, you will soon be throwing the old stuff away and getting every AirBake product there is. I will NEVER use anything other than AirBake brand baking products. No matter what the cost is, although, I am not sure what the exact cost of a basic baking sheet, but it's approximately a hair under $10.00. Expensive??? Yes to some, and no to others... I believe it's worth every penny that someone else spent on it for me. It was a GREAT shower gift, especially since I got three of them. But I would buy it for myself, now that I see how great they really are. AirBake is the only insulated bakeware that maintains a consistent cushion of insulating air across the entire baking surface. Go out, get one, and give it a try, I promise you that you will not be disappointed, if anything, you will be hooked on these products. You will wonder how on earth you ever survived without them.
