| 1truluv's Full Review: Airborne Effervescent Health Formula |
I have heard about this product for a while now, but wasn't sure if a mere school teacher could come up with something that actually worked! There is a Doctor that visits the morning Fox news show (Dr. Many), who was answering questions about this Airborne product. He stated that his wife swears by it and after questioning other Dr.'s found his wife to be right! Well then, I thought, if a Doctor recommends this maybe there is something to it. I went to Wal-Mart and purchased it for about $5.00, took it home and started taking it right away, as we were going to go out to a place we knew was going to be very crowded. This product comes in a small cylinder that fits easily in my purse, so I was able to take it every three hours as recommended.
I purchased the 10 tablet box, which has a list of ingredients on the back and says it helps to boost the immune system. The ingredients are as follows:

Amino Acids ( Glutamine Lysine ) 50 mg
Other ingredients:
Sorbitol, Sodium Birarbonate, Citric Acid, Natural Lemon-Lime Flavor, Polyethylene Glycol, Mineral Oil, Sucralose
Cautions:
People on medications and pregnant women, and those who are nursing to consult with their doctor.
This conglomerate of ingredients, that I can hardly pronounce, has worked for me. My husband, who did not take the Airborne as directed ( every three hours ) did come down with a cold. I, however did not catch what he had. I was not using this in conjunction with other medications as I wanted to make sure it did what it claims, and prevented my catching anything.
In conclusion, this is an effervescent dietary supplement that you simply drop into a small amount of water and drink when it has finished fizzing, which only took a few minutes. I bought the one that tasted like lemon-lime but it hardly had any taste. None that was offensive. It left a small amount of residue on the glass, however I no problem wiping it off with my finger and putting it in my mouth! I took it ( still take it, when necessary ) and it works.
I recommend that if you are one who catches anything that gets into the air ( like I do ) to buy this product.
