O v e r a l l......
and I think that this has plenty of features for under 180$!!! it has all the features listed above plus 3 different display modes (bass falloff/average falloff/nornall spectrum) (which mean there's 3 different visuals to choose form!)I also think it has great sound coming out of the 100 watt per channel, 4 driver unit, 3 way bass reflex speakers!!! I think thier very nice and they are equipped with 8 inch subs in each one. and it has has 2 tweeters and one mid range per speaker.
T h e D e t a i l s......
Aiwa has always been awesome at putting huge sound into small systems and speakers and this system is onew of the best examples!!! I think the bass coming out of this thing is better than most 12" subs can do!!! and I only have the T-BASS up to one! thurn it up to three (the highest level) and it really rocks the house!
The system also has great options for fine tuning the sound.the sound allready sounds good form the beginning! But of your not satisfied,it has indepenant bass/treb. controls and they do a great job! they have a huge effect on how your system sounds! turn all the bands all the way up and you've got a live performance right in front of you!
It also has all the featues Aiwa normally puts in thier systems and it even has full logic tape controld so it treats your tapes really good. and it's a lot easier to use too! insted of using those really annoying spring loaded meachanisims that tend to wear your tape out and break.
another cool feature is that it has a power economising mode that when you power down... it uses a really small fraction of a watt compared to most 20 watt or more "standby" modes that use power enen though thier spposed to be off! this is excellent if you have to run it off a generator ( we had to do this untill we got the power set up at our new house! and I bought the system and I had to test it and we still did not have the power connected to our house yet) It reall came in handy! and it also is good for all you energy freaks out there who jsut want to save resources! (like some of your science teachers told you in class to "conserve energy before it's too late") it;s really great! and the unit also dimms the diplay when your listening to music.
P e r f o r m a n c e.....
This systme is a rock solid performer and has presented no problems yet as of 2.2 months I've owned it.... never had a single problem!!!!
O v e r a l l R a t i n g...... 5 !!! this is the best in value you cna get for a mini system now!!!!! ;) I hope that you enjoy this review and I hope even more that you enjoy this system (the nsx-d60!!!) ;)
thanks for reading my reivew!!!!!
