I consider myself pretty even-tempered and flexible, and someone I work with said they had never seen me angry or moody. I was quite happy to hear that, but what makes me cranky you ask? You got it, a severe sinus headache, congestion. They make me feel so horrible it can cause me to get sick to my stomach. I just want to knock myself out with medication and sleep it off. Well, you can't always do that, especially if you are at work, or have things you have to do. I even had sinus correction surgery several years ago, and it cut down the number of instances, but didn't eliminate the problem entirely (however my profile looks good-I decided to deal with both problems at once). I have tried various products for my sinus problems and this is definitely one of the best. Tylenol has never worked for me in any form, for whatever reason, and Aleve has worked for pain, so decided to try this product.
Packaging:
It is packaged in an attractive turquoise (one of my favorite colors; important reason to buy product) box with yellow lettering and says 12 hours, heh, heh, in a thin orange rectangular box with white lettering. My box contains 10 caplets and cost me $6.49 at my local 7-11 store. It also comes in a package with 20 caplets. Obviously you can purchase online at less expense, and even at a regular brick and mortar drugstore. I need to buy online and keep on hand for convenience and to save money. The package is child-proof which is great for those with kids, and more challenging for those without. It is also blister packed.
Instructions:
Take one of the caplets every 12 hours

My experience:
I awakened one morning with a killer sinus headache, and had a lot of things to do including visiting a friend who lives about an hour away from me. I felt so lousy I considered calling and cancelling my plans with her. Instead I decided to go to 7-11 and just purchase the non-drowsy sinus product that sounded the best to me. I considered going for the least expensive as 7-11 ups the prices anyway, but decided Aleve would be the most likely to be effective. So I drove home miserable feeling sorry for myself, hoping for a miracle. I opened the box, removed the blister pack, pulled apart the foil, and took out the caplet. I took it with a full glass of water as they suggested as I did not want to have stomach problems on top of everything else. Amazingly, I felt better within a half an hour after ingesting the medicine. Did it last the full 12 hours you ask? Uh, NOT! But this product tends to last me about 8 hours, and almost completely eliminates the symptoms. What is remaining generally is a slight bit of congestion, as I don't tend to drain as well as I could (thanks for sharing Suzi). But each time I've taken these caplets the headache totally goes away, and I feel great. No drowsiness as promised.
Final thoughts and recommendations:
This is a great product for me. Of course everyone reacts differently to different products, but I highly recommend that you at least try this product for your sinus and/or cold symptoms. I think it is almost a miraculous product as it takes a lot for me to get rid of a sinus headache. I am giving it 4 stars!
Thanks for reading!
