I am beginning to wonder if the people who make crystal meth are onto something! Could crystal meth solve my sinus problems? I went to the store the other day to purchase Aleve Cold and Sinus, which I love and found that I could not just purchase this product without my license. I had to stand in line at the pharmacy and wait for someone to come and allow me to purchase this product. I asked the pharmacist why I could not purchase this product and was told that people use it to make Crystal meth. The psuedoephedrine that is in this product is needed for that illegal drug. As a result it is just a matter of time before this product goes back to having a prescription requirement.
I was sad to hear that. Aleve Cold and Sinus is a wonderful product when your congestion and headache is overpowering. This product takes the edge off of my sinus headaches and allows me to funtion. It usually works within twenty minutes of taking it. It promotes sinus drainage. It is a fever reducer and a pain reliever. It is a non-steroidal anti inflammatory drug. People with diabetes should NOT take this product. I suggest taking this product with food, because it can upset the stomach.
I purchase this product in a 20 caplet package. I spent 4.79 on the purchase. This product contains Naproxen sodium so people allergic to aspirin should not take this product.
This product is non-drowsy and it works for me. The thing is I do not even know what Crystal Meth does...but maybe the reason people are making the stuff is to relieve their sinuses...who knows...
