I am ashamed to admit that this was only my second foray into the world of Margaret Atwood. :( I had avoided her for a very long time based on that awful film they made of "The Handmaid's Tale." I just picked up "Handmaid" a couple of months ago and found it so consuming that I was up until 3am finishing it.

"Grace" has made an unrepentant fan out of me. :) Atwood's command of language is astounding. I will pick up "Blind Assassin" next.

Thanks for reading and for commenting!

Great review of one of my favorite authors! When I grow up, I want to be just like Maggie. (Oh, boy. Is that disrespectful?) In any case, you hit the nail on the head. Have you read Blind Assassin? Very good read. It is amazing what that woman can do with words!!!
