10 fingernails all looking good – is that too much to ask? Apparently, for me at any rate, it is. I have been in pursuit of the miracle cure for some time. Acrylic nails were the answer for a time but I can no longer justify the extravagance.
I have tried so many products – ones for aging nails, others to strengthen and fortify, some with Teflon, some with Calcium, and others with little fibers. The story would be the same: on Day I would apply the polish. Day 3 I would break a nail. I’d take the polish off and try again. By day 5 I’d have a split nail and a broken heart I’d remove the polish, switch brands with similar results.
Twice a year my nails will grow well all on their own before they break one by one. Just before Winter and again in early Spring. Early Spring it is and I’m once again trying to keep my nails looking good. I tried Sally Hansen’s Age Correct Growth Treatment From the title I hoped I had found a panacea. Same results as above.
Now I’m trying Almay organic fluoride plus Quick Thick Nail Builder. Day 1 the nails look good and they’re strong. Day 2 the polish was wearing thin on the ends so I took it off and reapplied. I repeated this process until day 6 when I split a nail but since the percentages were so good I took the polish off and reapplied. I’m into week two and so far so good. We’re getting ready for a camping trip and I’m packing it with me.

Application
Apply one thick coat on clean, dry nails. Nail color can be applied on top. While it looks pink or orange in the bottle it goes on clear and dries to a high gloss shine. My nails do feel thicker immeadiately.
It comes in a 5 Fl Oz/ 14.7mL nail polish bottle.

Bottom Line
I’m happy with the results. At the moment I have 8 out of 10 nails looking good with the other two close behind. If you suffer from breaking, peeling, or split nails I recommend you give this a try. At 5.99 you don’t have too much to lose.
