Amazing $35 value, but damn that bass!

Pros: Nice form factor, color. Great price. Excellent mid-high frequency response and stereo imaging.

Cons: No bass/treb controls or (especially) sub bass control

The Bottom Line: Joe Bob says check 'um out. Sub $50 speaker tech has definitely progrssed nicely. Would have spent an extra $5 for on unit bass/treb controls especially for the sub!

Trivial to set up. Enviro friendly packaging. My PC is in the corner of the office up and the best place for the sub is in the corner of the room. As most stereophiles know, that's going to give you several dB boost to bass. This unit doesn't need it. It would be excellent for DVD viewing, or game playing, but if just listening to music (not metal/rap), you're gonna want to go in and tweak the bass through whatever eq function you can get your hands on.

Got mine at costco because my old set finally failed. These are _much_ better.
