Unbeatable!!

I bought this set last night. I have run every genre of music, that I can think of, through them. For $30, they are truly unbeatable. They have a clean crisp sound on the high end; the satellites do a great job. The bass, for a bass freak like myself is a bit muddled, but easily tolerable. I didn't put that as a con because it is simply a matter of personal taste. All in all these are by far the best value for the money and I would recommend them to anyone that does not have a ton of greenbacks to put toward a set of speakers or to those misers out there that want high quality sound for little money. Great job altec. ENJOY!!
