Pros: Good quality outfits, easy to dress
Cons: The colors, YUCK
The Bottom Line: If the outfits had a better color scheme they would be perfect. In the end, we still purchased them, and would do so again.

| Madi100's Full Review: American Girl - Bitty Twins Play Outfits |
We purchased the Bitty Baby twins are part of the set. The set includes the twins, the stroller, and the play outfits. This set includes everything available for the twins except the Holiday outfits and the brush and mirror set.
We had no choice as to which outfits we got with the set (play vs. holiday) we were stuck with the play outfits. If it had been an option, we probably would have still chosen the play outfits because the twins do more playing than dressing up for the holidays.
I must say, though, that I've very shocked at the ugliness of the color scheme. American Girl just redid all of the Bitty Baby line coming out with a beautiful purple and yellow color scheme. I'm very much in love with the new colors. However, the aqua color is not to my liking at all.
The girl outfit is cute enough. She wears a purple, yellow, and aqua striped shirt with a purple jumper over the top. Then comes the aqua tights and the aqua colored shoes. The purple jumper is adorned with little embroidered flowers.
The boy outfit has the identical striped shirt with aqua colored bib overalls. The overalls are embroidered with little cars. His socks are aqua, and his shoes are blue suede type (thankfully, they are not aqua).
The dolls are adorable whatever they are put into. And, we are not given much choice as far as what to buy to keep them warm. I just hope in the future that American Girl goes with a different color scheme.
On the good side; they are very good quality. The shoes fit nicely, and they are easy for small hands to put on. The outfits are also very nice quality. The shirts velcro up the back and so does the little girl jumper. The bib overalls have velcro on the side, but hook like regular overalls would.
