It took me nearly 18 weeks, but, I finally got around to writing a review on the Answer One-Step Pregnancy Test! This test was the very one that gave me my positive result all those weeks ago. With both this pregnancy, and my pregnancy with my daughter, my husband and I tried for many months to get a positive on one of the many home pregnancy tests I have taken. Seeing that positive result for the first time is amazing, and I found myself, with both pregnancies, shaking and stuttering like an idiot. Both times, Answer One-Step Pregnancy Test has been the one to give me that awe-inspiring result!

I purchased my Answer One-Step Pregnancy Test at Rite-Aid Pharmacy for $8.49. However, pregnancy tests are a tad bit more expensive at pharmacies, and, it could have been purchased cheaper at a local discount store such as Wal-Mart. The Answer One-Step Pregnancy Test is also available in a two pack, for around $13.00-$14.00.
~*~A Quick & Easy Answer!~*~
First, let me give you a little background information. My husband and I had been trying for this second little miracle for months, and exhausted from all of the negatives, and one chemical pregnancy, we decided to take a break. While we certainly didn't avoid trying to get pregnant during that month, we weren't charting my cycles or timing intercourse perfectly. Much to my surprise, as I was trying to determine when my next menstrual cycle was due, I realized I was two days late. I counted and recounted, trying to make sure that I hadn't goofed up, and found that I was indeed, late. The next morning my husband and I picked up an Answer One-Step Pregnancy Test.
Answer One-Step Pregnancy Test is a simple to use and easy to read home pregnancy test. This home pregnancy test, as all others, detect HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin), the pregnancy hormone that can be found in the urine and blood. Each home pregnancy test measures for different levels of HCG. This means that if you test early in your cycle, and the test you are using measures 100 HCG, you may get a negative result because there isn't enough HCG to obtain a positive result. The Answer One-Step Pregnancy Test measures 100 HCG.
The Answer One-Step Pregnancy Test can be used as early as the first day of your missed period, and, can be used during any time of the day. If you are attempting to test a bit earlier, perhaps a day before your missed period, first morning would probably be better as it contains a higher amount of HCG.
This pregnancy test does not require you to use a messy cup, you simply hold the test under your urine for five seconds. The test itself is a little longer than a popsicle stick, and has a thumb grip at the right end. There is a "Urine Collection Pad" on the back of the test. You simply hold the "Urine Collection Pad" under your urine for 5 seconds, then lay the test down on a flat surface, with the result window facing up.
As the test begins working you will see a pale pink/purple color move across the result window. The result window is of course where the control line and test line are located. The result window is protected by a small piece of plastic, so if any urine finds its way on there, don't worry. The pink/purple control line will appear in a matter of seconds. This line lets you know that the test is working properly. If no control line appears at all, retest with another test.
Answer One-Step Pregnancy Test promises results in as little as two minutes. However, I had my positive result in less than that! Two lines in the result window indicate a positive. If there is only one line (the control line) then the test is negative, meaning no HCG was detected. If there is even a faint second line, it can be considered positive! The test line does not have to be as dark as the control line.
Answer One-Step Pregnancy Test provides detailed instructions in both English and Spanish. The instructions show you use to use the test, and also offers answers to commonly asked questions. This home pregnancy test has been proven over 99% accurate in lab testing.

I would highly recommend the Answer One-Step Pregnancy Test. I obtained my results in less than two minutes and the test is extremely easy to use! It is important to remember though, that this home pregnancy test is best for those testing the day of their missed period or after, as it measures for a higher amount of HCG.
