I was given this DVD player as a present at Christmas. I had to return the first one in Feb. 03 to Circuit City, I would put the DVD in and close it but it would not play and said it was still open. When Circuit City sent it back to be repaired (7 days) it came back that they could not repair and they gave me a new one from the factory (7 days again)make you wonder why the store is not carrying this product in stock, no Circuit City had one in our area even outside of our city. On the second DVD player I pushed the button to adjust the color and the button push all the way thru the player could not use the color adjustment button. I took this one back and they said they would order me one from the factory (7 days). Now I am wondering if I sure keep this one when it comes in. I can only get a store credit and the next portable DVD player Circuit City carries is 499.00.
