This is the nicest monitor I have every used. I am a pro photographer and until I finally saw some of my photos on this display, I couldn't appreciate how unbelievable it is. The picture quality is incredibly sharp. Color calibration out of the box was very close to what my Spider wanted me to correct to.
My old 22"LaCie monitor will soon be collecting dust. At this point it is being used as a second monitor for my Photoshop tools to sit on. It is dreadfully inferior in quality. In short order I will get another 30" Apple display so that I can use Lightroom or Bridge on it. Then I will use the other 30" for Photoshop. My graphics card is an ATI Radeon X1900 XTX which makes this screen perform flawlessly.
If you are a photographer or graphics artist, you will not be able to believe how nice it is to work with this monitor until you see your artwork displayed on it. You will wonder how you were ever able to get by with anything smaller.
