I purchased the dual processor version of this Macintosh a while ago and could not be more pleased. The machine came well packaged (thanks Apple) and was very easy to get setup (no problems at all).
It came with 256MB of memory, a 40GB hard drive, 250MB Zip drive and CD-RW drive. I have upgraded it to 1.5GB of memory, an Airport card (along with the Airport Extreme base station). I had no problems at all during the upgrades (the internals are very well thought out).
I use this machine for my own development needs and also to work from home (during weather emergencies). For working at home I use Virtual PC to run Windows (which my office uses) and the dual processors handle Virtual PC very, very well.
If you combine this machine with OS X and a Cinema Display you will have an absolutely fantastic machine.
