Great family laptop..and no viruses wonderful

Pros: easy to learn, easy to use, stable, uptime, no viruses, quality and great service.
Cons: ebay is slow with safari, otherwise can't think of any of significance.
The Bottom Line: wonderful in every aspect, the only way to go.

this is the best laptop i've ever owned. i have a dell but the dvd player won't work and the windows viruses are such a pain. the apple works, works works, my 2 year old pulled off a key and it was covered by warranty they sent me the keyboard and it just clipped right in and bingo it works. the only issue my wife had was using safari with ebay and i guess it's java intensive, we used firfox and it's better but everything else is a snap. my 2 year old works it like a pro and even has her own folder in itunes. the ease of use is amazing. when you have multiple windows open you can simply use expose to see all the available windows that are open and bingo you don't get lost. never down, always up and working. no software incompatablities. granted some software isn't available for the mac, or require workarounds, like quicken, i have to download the qif file then import but a snap. everything is soooo intuitive, like a sad it took my 2 year old about a day to figure out the mouse pad and away she was to all her sites, like noggin, sesame street, disney. they have these things called "widgets" like simple little programs that you can use for movie times weather etc and you don't have to boot the operating system to view...very elegant. like i said very family friendly easy to learn. all computers should be this easy and of such high quality. can't wait to upgrade to a new intel mac book and macbook pro and leave windows behind.
