Pros: Storage enormous, looks great, sounds great, fast downloads.
Cons: DO NOT WALK or RUN -- IT WILL LOCK UP.
The Bottom Line: Do not buy this until they fix the lock up problem that occurs while walking & running.

I really wanted an MP3 player. Bought a Kazoo and got tired of the expensive storage. I found this on the net and went to Comp USA to buy it. After spending several hours import music from my CDs and tagging them. I finally got to take my Ipod to the park for a walk. After 30 minutes of playing it just locked up. It was still running and getting hot. I had to get home to look on Apple site for problem. I found hundreds of other folks with the same problem. I had to plug it into Mac and hold down the play/pause buttons to reboot. A $400.00 Mac product SHOULD NOT do things like this. I am taking it back to the store to get the 5gig. All the folks on the Apple site said the 5 gig does not lock up while walkin or running. Beware, the 20 gig is supposed to lock up also. Apple is not being helpful with these folks which is very irritating because the ads say this thing is supposed to be usable while exercising.
