Yeah I would definitely recommend it if you need a smaller one, especially if you buy music from itunes, then it's a must.

I love, love, love my iPod. But I would really like something smaller sometimes (working out, as you pointed out, especially). I didn't realize the price was so low on these - now I probably need to have one. Right now....;)
