I got my Apple Ipod for Mother's Day. Thank you kids and hubby! I am loving it so far. Itunes was a hassle to figure out. From what I read it was supposed to be easy but that is another story. I finally have figured that out. The Ipod has a big screen which allows ebooks to be read easily. It has some great applications for ebooks. The external speakers work but don't go too loud. Great considering a lot of mp3 players don't have external speakers. The screen set up makes scrolling through your applications a breeze. Application clean up is easy too. Press and hold and there you go, they are ready to move or delete. That is easy. There are many free application for the Ipod that make life easier. Grocery list programs, finance programs, games, and so much more you can find for the ipod. I would suggest you get a wall charger or a dock for your ipod. Having to plug it into the computer everytime it needs a charge gets a little annoying. (I always end up realizing it needs a charge after I turn off the computer.) I like that you can control the screen brightness. Great for daytime and nighttime use. This was an expensive gift but I think it was well worth it. I love having an mp3 player, calender, note book, grocery list, finacial organizer, discount card holder, book, and game system all in one.
