Let me start by saying I always use priceline and had hoped for a long time to get the Argonaut, I was thrilled this past summer when they accepted my bid of $90 per night (a bargain for any room in San Francisco.) I was very impressed with the hotel and staff. The rooms were a little odd shaped long and skinny, you have to keep in mind this was an old cannery factory that was remodeled. They offer free internet which is a big thing for me, most hotels charge about $10 a day. The internet connection was a little unreliable but it was free. The staff was helpful with any questions we had for them. They also have a wine tasting in the lobby every night. The hotel is in a great location, it's walking distance to many sites, North Beach, Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf, Chiradelli Square and Pier 39.
