Great Experience, No Complaints

Pros: Rooms, service, cleanliness, kid friendly, room service, excercise and business center.

Cons: Expensive but worth it. You get what you pay for.

We were at the Best Western Tuscan Inn and it was so horrible and filthy we had to cancel our stay there after one night and book a room here at 3 am in the morning. They gave us a huge room with a nice view of the street. FYI, the rooms with the brick wall are larger. Very clean and well decorated. Everyone was very nice and especially sensitive to my 4 year old son, making sure he got his toy from the treasure chest and letting us know that he could have a fish brought to the room, which they did. Room service dinner was great. However, our breakfast at the restaurant was just ok, nothing special. The excercise room and business center were great, and we used them. A little far from the Warf but not too bad. Valet parking was good. No complaints.
