My main reason for purchase was because as I promised in my profile I would write Epinions on cars and car care products and here is one of my first ones on car care products! I figured I would start with Armor All Products since they have a good name!
* Test Car And Conditions
This soap was tested on a 1997 Black Kia Sportage which was not overly dirty just the normal dirt after driving in rain. It was approximately 85 degrees in direct sun and about 75 in shade
* Results When Used In Direct Sunlight
Ill have to give credit where it is deserved this soap does remove dirt very very well! The main thing I noticed about using this soap in sunlight was you should not leave it for more than 15 seconds because it will dry and leave spots and streaks and on a black car this can be very irritating! These spots and streaks resemble the soap scum you get in a shower and are just about as hard to get off! They don't just wash of with a water spray you actually have to use a damp rag and rub them off! It required a second washing and drying in order to get these spots and streaks to come off. This is not my idea of easy! I don't recommend using this product in direct sunlight!
* Results When Used In Shade
In shade this soap is a true gem! It works absolutely wonderfully all you have to do is just wipe it on and spray it off and it leaves a beautiful,shiny,brilliant,lustrious shine with no spots or streaks! It washes off and leaves no residue whatsoever rinses completely clean! Its almost like waxing your car everytime you wash it! The shine I got from using this made my car look almost new except for the scratches. It even got rid of some of the residue left from car wash car soaps! Its incredible how clean and shiny this soap can get a car when used in shade! A must try product!

Overall I would say that I am very satisfied with this product even though it doesn't work well in sunlight but it does wonders in shade I would definitely recommend everyone give this product a chance and try is out. You will get a satisfying shine! DYQ685
