Pros: Curb sweet cravings if on the low carb diet
Cons: very expensive, waxy taste, can easily get sick of
The Bottom Line: There are better low carb bars, I prefer Protien Revolution bars. They are cheaper and tastier. These bars are too expensive, really you're paying almost $3 for a candy bar.

| grays's Full Review: Atkins Diet Advantage Bar |
Okay, I started the atkins diet last August. I did great, initially loosing 13lbs of the 30 I needed to lose. However, when I quit for the holidays 5lbs jumped right back on and I have yet to get them off again, even while on the diet. Finally, I have said bye to the Atkins Diet and I am trying other things.
When the bars first came out, I loved them, simply because they were sweet and I missed sweets so much. However, after having them for a while I got so sick of them. I don't think I could eat another one if I was paid to.
If you are on the Atkins diet, try them. Try all the flavors but I guarantee Chocolate Coconut is the best one. It sells out the fastest at all the stores too. The one that are always on sale are Praline Crunch and the peanut butter ones because they taste like sawdust, honestly.
Expect to pay quite a bit for the bars compared to other low carb bars, however they have much more vitamins then other. I would recommend Protein Revolution bars far over the Atkins bars.
