Pros: I get a sweet taste and replace the cravings I get for a candy bar.

Cons: I don't like that it is hard to find in stores.

Due to recently finding I have diabetes, I purchased this product because of low sugar content. My expectations weren't very high due to diet products I have tried in the past. However the Atkins Apple Crisp bar was quite tasty and I thought to myself wow this is good as I looked it over wondering what was in it. I keep them in the pantry at home and in my truck just in case I have the urge to give in to temptation wanting something sweet that I shouldn't have. Sugar control is my biggest concern. This product really works for me. Due to this experience. I now plan have to try the other Atkins bars for variety.
