My husband and I own and operate a pager and cellular phone store. Needless to say, I had my choice of whatever phone I wanted. I have seen all kinds of phones come and go out of our store. Although I usually am not thrilled to buy an Audiovox product, this one is an exception. It is so light and compact that I can throw it in my purse or in my pocket with ease. The phone is very user friendly. One quick scan of the manual and you can play with the phone to customize it to the user. It has lots of different types of ringer tones including Mozart and Beethoven classics. In a Digital area, it sounds just like a land line. My favorite feature of this phone is the Battery life. It has 120 hours of standby time and 190 minutes of talk time. I used to worry about leaving my phone on and killing the battery, not anymore. I have literally left it on for days at a time. I have absolutely no complaints about this phone. It is by far the best phone I have had the pleasure of using.
