I recently made the leap and purchased my first cell phone -- an Audiovox CDM-4000XL. I LOVE IT! I initially was looking at the Nokia phones, but I found that the Audiovox gave me comparable features and benefits at a competitive price. The only difference seems to be that there are no games on the Audiovox -- but this suits me fine (and saves my battery)!

The 4000XL has been a perfect fit for my cellular usage. It fits easily into a pocket or small bag, which has been excellent for carrying around town, and the sound quality is superb! Additionally, since this was my first cell phone, I like the fact that the features are really easy to use, especially the phone number directory and voicemail access.

Thank you Audiovox for making my first cell phone a joy to own!
