I recently purchased a phone from Verizon Wireless, formally know as Bell Atlantic Mobile. It was an anolog phone. I had so many problems with that phone that it was not worth having. However, I returned my analog phone and purchased the AudioVox Digital phone. It is the best investment that i have ever made. There are no static conversations and the quality of the phone is much better. You can hear the other end of the conversation with no problem. There are no interuptions from outside sources. You can store more phone numbers. You can install caller idea and you are able to tell who is calling.
There are also many different features that you can use to your benefit. You can program different rings into the phone on the different phone numbers that will be calling you. You can format it to be on touch answereing service or automatic. There are also emergency features that allow you to push one number to connect to an emergency number in a pushy situation.
Names are able to be stored in the address book of the phone book and wneh that person calls there name comes up. You can also push the muber and you do not even have to dial the number.
The AudioVox4000 is equipped withh Auto lock and manual lock. You can lock the phone so you are the only one who can use it and it is good for security.
The Audiovox is a definite keeper in my line of celluar telephone. I would llike to see if they can top that.
