Thanks for the tip about buying this in a Verizon store. It's $99 online (with 2-year contract, after rebate).
You said that you can't download photos from the phone to your computer. Did you try it with a USB cable (available on ebay for $10 + S/H)?

I was watching a Verizon commercial and **wondered** if I should have got this phone for my husband and teen also. Oh well... they really like their phones. I really like this phone!
It is fun to personalize the phone. I know when my spouse, daughter, certain friends and certain associates are phoning... by the ring!

Well done. We just switched to Verizon and got five of these phones for $29 each. Once I have a little more time with them I'll post a review too. My deviant mind, the ability to download various ringtones through Get-It-Now, and the camera capability is awesome. My wife doesn't come here so I'll tell you that when she calls me a picture of her grinning appears and the phone says, "You have an incoming booty call." Technology in the hands of a fool I tell you...
