Painful to load songs and then it stopped working in less than 25 hours

Pros: Nice size, bright clean screen, good menu structure.

Cons: Constantly needs to "reboot" and worked less than 24 hours.

The software to load songs is very clunky. It uses a series of very small pop up windows that can not be resized. Some windows let you sort by clicking the column and others don't. It seemed very inconsistent.

Deleting songs from the MP3 player directly caused to to freeze up roughly every 15 songs. The only solution was to turn it off and then turn it on and wait for it to rebuild it's database.

After I finally had it all loaded I was listening to it at my desk when it just stopped playing. It wouldn't do anything so I turned it off. Now the USB doesn't work and turning it on just comes up with a screen that says initializing. I'm very dissapointed.

I have an email in to support. There is no phone support. I think it's going back to the store.
