Pros: Great Price...no. Best price. Great Design.
Cons: None ! ... maybe the battery life.
The Bottom Line: Read all reviews you can. I prefer personal ones. The others are written by the company.
Read and see that what I say is true.
This device is THE BEST.

(first, forgive my English please)
I bought one of this devices about 3 months ago. I think I'm ready to give you my opinion. I a few words the best. It makes everything the others do, on a very low price.
- Memory
At first I thought that 32M of RAM was enough for me. But the Pocket PC can do so much things that an extra memory is necesary. (I bought a 128M Compact Flash II)
- Speed
Enough for almost everything. It's too slow for the SNES emulator. (But you can live without it)
- Screen
I read so many times that the screen was very difficult to read outdoors. I's a great lie. It's almost better to see the screen with the sunlight than with its internal light.
The screen has great colors, but a not so great black. With the internal light off, the black is much beautiful. (logically with an external light) Is darker. But with the light on, it gets a whiter tone.
- Battery
All reviews are true on this. At full operation, you can get only 3 hours of energy. But that is standard on all Pocket PC's.
- Software.
Well... it's Windows. It's like Windows 98. Not so nice, but useful. I hope a Windows XP like, comes to the market soon. It would really nice, that they include a photo software.
- Sound
The volume of the speaker is very loud. I used on classroom in a middle of a class, and everybody heard it.
It's louder with the headphones.
Had a problem before. When the amplifier turned on, you could hear a "pop" all the time. You can correct it with a free package.
- Stylus
It's normal. Low weight. Gray. .... normal.
- Cradle
Very very easy to install and very easy to use.
Just plug your device on the cradle and that's it. Connected and syncroniced. It takes 7 seconds to download a 3 megas MP3 from my PC.
I can say this device do exactly the same, like the HP Compaq and its sister toshiba... for at least $100 less.
