This year my daughter started to take a few college classes through our local college. Mind you she is only fifteen, homeschooled, but eager to learn! With all that being said, we wanted her to have some good binders and supplies for this year and Avery so far has done the trick!
Avery makes an economy, durable and heavy duty one inch binder in an assortment of colors. The one in front of me happens to be black! They come in multiple colors, however since this is about the BLACK Binder, we will stick with this particular color.
The front of the binder has a nice clear sleeve for you to create a visible front cover to use your imagination on.
Each side of the binder comes with a clear cover which appears to be water proof. This makes it nice to wipe down from finger prints.
When opening the binder, both the front and back cover have a pocket to store little notes or papers.
The three rings have a clasp at the top and the bottom to open the rings. The rings are not round, they are more oval.  I have noticed that you have to use BOTH clasps to open the rings, not just one. The other alternative is to just use your fingers by opening the middle ring when all three will automatically open together :)
Over all I do believe this is one of the nicer binders on the market right now. Allowing flexibility and style. I also noticed that it has an Official Box Top valued at .10 cents! Even more reason to stick with Avery!
