Pros: Courteous, budget-minded airline for any type of travel.
Cons: Odd choices for sandwich menus. Still palatable if you like green sauce on your food.
The Bottom Line: Recommend. Good service, great prices, no lie. Helpful check-in and courteous personnel.

| cablebabe's Full Review: Aviacsa |
I had a round-trip flight from Chicago to Leon and boy, what a difference! Although my flight out of O'Hare was delayed, the flight down to Monterrey was great. The transfer to fly to Leon went pretty smoothly although I think the ground personnel could do a little better job of directing people. Of course that's not Aviacsa's fault.
Back to service...
Mints were available for all meals, the crew was good at getting people to their assigned seats and made accommodations when needed or requested. The price which is what made me go with them in the first place was the best out of all the airlines. I got everything from $450 to almost $1000 esp. with the American airlines. Ridiculous. There is no first class seating but at less than $400 for a round-trip ticket purchased less than a month away from the flight itself, how can you complain?
The only thing is the meals. Drinks are fine, you even get alcoholic drinks for no charge. They have some odd sandwiches that are kind of....odd. I don't know how to explain them but they had decent salads and nice desserts.
Overall, great airline, great service, great prices. If you want to travel good and inexpensively, Aviacsa is the way to go.
