The Product….
This eye cream comes in a glass pot-like container with a green and silver top. It is only available in 1 size, .5 fl. oz. While the packaging is attractive, it does seem less sanitary than other packaging (such as a tube) because you have to stick your fingers in the pot to get to the product. The lotion is white with a creamy consistency and is fragrance-free. Avon ANEW Perfect Eye Care Cream SPF 15 is PABA-free and dermatologist and ophthalmologist-tested. The directions for use on the pot are: In the a.m., pat gently onto under eye area. Apply before sun exposure.
According to Avon’s website, the product claims of Avon ANEW Perfect Eye Care Cream SPF 15 are as follows:
• Instantly—protects and moisturizes the delicate skin around the eyes.
• In 2 weeks—retexturizes skin; diminishes the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles.

My Experience…
I am in my late 20’s and have some fine lines around my eyes. The skin on my eyelids and under my eyes is somewhat puffy as well. I have been using of Avon ANEW Perfect Eye Care Cream SPF 15 for the past 2 months, daily 1-3 times per day. The lotion is easy to apply, absorbs quickly, and wears well under make-up. A little goes a long way and my pot is still not empty after 2 months of use. My eye area does not feel greasy, just moisturized. I have not had any skin irritation, including break-outs, after using this product. After using the lotion, my eye area does look and feel firmer, but this effect does not last all day. My fine lines do plump up and appear diminished, but this effect is temporary as well. I have not noticed increased benefits over time. I plan to continue to use this product in hopes that it might prevent future lines, but this is not one of the product claims. Avon ANEW Perfect Eye Care Cream SPF 15 is probably best suited for women with fine lines or wrinkles. If you are looking for dramatic results, you will probably be disappointed with this product.
